  1.2             relating to agriculture; providing funding for a 
  1.3             reimbursement program for animal loss due to anthrax; 
  1.4             appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; ANTHRAX LOSSES.] 
  1.7      $50,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the board 
  1.8   of animal health to reimburse livestock farmers for losses due 
  1.9   to anthrax that are not covered by insurance.  This 
  1.10  appropriation is available until June 30, 2002.
