  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [3.071] [LEGISLATIVE ASSISTANT.] 
  1.7      Each member of the legislature is entitled to a legislative 
  1.8   assistant who works primarily for that member and for no more 
  1.9   than one other member.
