  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      The following sum is appropriated from the general fund to 
  1.8   the department of children, families, and learning in the fiscal 
  1.9   year indicated for an interactive television grant to 
  1.10  independent school district No. 2752, Fairmont area schools: 
  1.11       $15,000     .....     2002 
  1.12     This appropriation is available until June 30, 2003.
