  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.6      $1,000,000 is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 
  1.7   2003, from the general fund to the commissioner of children, 
  1.8   families, and learning to make child care improvement grants 
  1.9   under Minnesota Statutes, section 119B.25.
