Establishing a technology enterprise fund for appropriation to the commissioner of administration to fund enterprise wide technology projects and citizen telecommunications access; providing for certain deposits or transfers into the fund; establishing a technology enterprise board to advise the state chief information officer, the office of technology, the governor, the executive branch and the legislature on information technology funding and expenditures from the technology enterprise fund, specifying certain membership requirements (je)
