  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [TRADE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $265,000 is appropriated from the general fund in each year 
  1.7   of the biennium ending June 30, 2003, to the commissioner of 
  1.8   trade and economic development for grants to WomenVenture for 
  1.9   women's business development programming.
