Establishing the 211 telephone human services related referral and information system; specifying certain system information availability requirements; requiring the department of human services to develop services standards and to develop and monitor the system using a performance based evaluation process to ensure quality; requiring entities providing coin operated or public pay telephone services to offer the service; requiring the department to incorporate cost reimbursement claims from 211 service providers into the federal cost reimbursement claiming processes of the department (ra)
