  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money to 
  1.3             construct a portion of the Bassett's Creek trail.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $450,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.7   year 2002 to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant 
  1.8   to the Minneapolis park and recreation board for the 
  1.9   construction of a portion of the Bassett's Creek trail to 
  1.10  connect the Cedar Lake trail and the Luce Line trail in 
  1.11  Minneapolis.  This appropriation may be used for the relocation 
  1.12  of a soccer field in the path of the trail.
