  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; appropriating money for 
  1.3             Osseo municipal streets.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $126,200 in fiscal year 2002 and $126,200 in fiscal year 
  1.7   2003 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.8   of transportation for grants to the city of Osseo to be used to 
  1.9   improve and maintain its municipal streets.
