  1.3             for Veterans Memorial Hall in Duluth, Minnesota; 
  1.4             appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; VETERANS MEMORIAL HALL.] 
  1.7      $250,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of veterans affairs for a grant to the St. Louis 
  1.9   County Heritage and Arts Center in Duluth, Minnesota, to be used 
  1.10  to complete the Veterans Memorial Hall physical exhibit and 
  1.11  displays.  This appropriation is available until June 30, 2002.
