  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [LAKE MINNETONKA MULTIUSE WATER ACCESS; 
  1.7   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $850,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.9   year 2002 to the commissioner of natural resources in 
  1.10  cooperation with the city of Minnetonka for site preparation and 
  1.11  construction of a multiuse water access on Grays Bay, Lake 
  1.12  Minnetonka.
