  1.2             relating to crime prevention; appropriating money to 
  1.3             make improvements to the criminal justice information 
  1.4             system in the county of Dakota. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of public safety for a grant under Minnesota 
  1.9   Statutes, section 299C.65, subdivision 7, to implement criminal 
  1.10  justice information integration plans for the county of Dakota.  
  1.11  The appropriation is available until June 30, 2003.
