Modifying certain standards for Minnesota uniform health care identification cards; requiring group purchasers issuing health benefit plans providing coverage for prescription drugs to include uniform prescription drug information on the cards after a certain date, defining health benefit plan and specifying certain uniform prescription drug information requirements; modifying certain essential information window data element content requirements; specifying a location requirement for standardized labels and certain card issuance requirements; modifying certain human readable data element requirements; requiring group purchasers to annually certify compliance with the requirements and to submit to the commissioners of health or commerce a copy of the health care identification card used (Ch.110, 2001)
