  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to housing; housing finance agency; 
  1.3             appropriating money for supportive housing for adults 
  1.4             with disabilities. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [GRANT.] 
  1.7      The housing finance agency, in consultation with the 
  1.8   department of human services, shall make a grant from the 
  1.9   housing trust fund account to the District 287 Foundation to 
  1.10  assist in the development of supportive housing to provide 
  1.11  independent living opportunities for adults with disabilities.  
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.13     $100,000 is appropriated from the general fund for transfer 
  1.14  to the housing development fund for the housing trust fund 
  1.15  account under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.201, for the 
  1.16  purposes of section 1.  This appropriation is available until 
  1.17  June 30, 2003.
