hf812 SECOND ENGROSSMENT Suicide prevention goals, programs, duties and studies required; mental illness transition plans established; provider payment rates adjusted; mental health services and treatment coverage requirements provided; and money appropriated. ARTICLE 1 SUICIDE PREVENTIONSection 1: suicide prevention plan statement of purpose; education programs described; data collection and interpretation procedures provided. Sec. 2: suicide statistic regulations established. Sec. 3: crisis response system evaluation initiated. Sec. 4: funds appropriated for suicide prevention activities.ARTICLE 2 CORRECTIONS Section 1: discharge plan for offenders with serious and persistent mental illness established and detailed. Sec. 2: transitional services pilot program for mentally ill offenders released from prison established. Sec. 3: funds appropriated for these programs.ARTICLE 3 REIMBURSEMENT RATESSection 1: adult residential program grant reimbursement rates increased; rate increase detailed.
