Modifying a certain unfair practice of motor vehicle manufacturers, distributors and factory branches relating to motor vehicle dealer franchise transfers, granting the right of first refusal in proposed sales or transfers to manufacturers, distributors, factory branches or importers for franchisee assets or ownership acquisition purposes under certain conditions (Ch. 62, 2001)
