  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; STATE RECREATION AREAS.] 
  1.6      (a) $433,680 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources for the biennium ending June 
  1.8   30, 2003, for operating costs of the Big Bog state recreation 
  1.9   area. 
  1.10     (b) $774,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.11  commissioner of natural resources for the biennium ending June 
  1.12  30, 2003, for operating costs, including fisheries management, 
  1.13  of the Red River state recreation area.
