  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to transportation; appropriating money for 
  1.3             bridge construction.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $250,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of transportation for construction of a new bridge 
  1.8   on marked trunk highway No. 64 near the city of Akeley, where 
  1.9   the highway bisects the tenth and 11th Crow Wing lakes.  This 
  1.10  appropriation is available until spent.
