  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to corrections; providing for compensation of 
  1.3             clergy; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes, chapter 241. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [241.052] [CLERGY COMPENSATION.] 
  1.7      The commissioner of corrections shall reimburse members of 
  1.8   the clergy of good standing in any church or denomination for 
  1.9   imparting religious rites or instruction at correctional 
  1.10  facilities under the commissioner's control as provided in 
  1.11  section 15.059, subdivision 3.
