  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $100,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $100,000 in fiscal year 
  1.8   2003 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.9   of natural resources for implementing the plan required by the 
  1.10  Lower St. Croix Wild and Scenic River Act, Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.11  section 103F.351.
