  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [TEEN PREGNANCY PREVENTION PROGRAM; 
  1.6   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      The sum indicated in this section is appropriated from the 
  1.8   general fund to the department of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning for the fiscal year indicated for the teen pregnancy 
  1.10  prevention program:  
  1.11       $5,000,000     .....     2002
  1.12     This appropriation is available until June 30, 2003.
