Specifying the student conduct considered to be disruptive for dismissal or removal from class under the pupil fair dismissal act; requiring school district reasonable attempts to convene a meeting with the student and parent or guardian after a certain number of dismissals to determine the source of the behavior and the need for assessment or other services, requiring school discipline policies to include a procedure for notifying and meeting with parents to discuss the problem (Ch. 183, 2001)
