  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA RAIL SERVICE 
  1.6   IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.] 
  1.7      $7,000,000 in fiscal year 2002 is appropriated from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of transportation for deposit 
  1.9   in the rail service improvement account under Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, section 222.49.
