  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; providing for additional 
  1.3             disabled access levy authority for independent school 
  1.4             district No. 2159, Buffalo Lake-Hector.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [DISABLED ACCESS LEVY AUTHORITY; BUFFALO 
  1.7   LAKE-HECTOR.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding the time limits or dollar amount in 
  1.9   Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.58, subdivision 3, independent 
  1.10  school district No. 2159, Buffalo Lake-Hector, may levy up to 
  1.11  $67,000 for cost overrun on its disabled access project.
