  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money to the 
  1.3             St. Paul Port Authority to reestablish habitat in the 
  1.4             Trout Brook area and for recreational and 
  1.5             environmental educational opportunities.  
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $1,100,000 is appropriated to the Port Authority of the 
  1.9   city of St. Paul for the acquisition of certain properties in 
  1.10  the Trout Brook area for the reestablishment of natural habitat 
  1.11  as well as recreational and environmental educational 
  1.12  opportunities.
