Modifying a certain provision regulating donations to veterans homes; requiring investment of money credited to the Minnesota veterans home endowment, bequest and devises fund by the state board of investment, requiring separate accounts for investing general and restricted gifts, money and donations and for currently expendable proceeds; requiring the veterans homes board to maintain records of gifts received, requirements, requiring use of donations in accordance with the condition of the donation and the best interests of the residents of the home (Ch. 75, 2001)
