  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             Youthbuild. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $750,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $750,000 in fiscal year 
  1.7   2003 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.8   of economic security for grants to Youthbuild programs under 
  1.9   Minnesota Statutes, sections 268.361 to 268.3661.  This 
  1.10  appropriation is added to the agency's budget base, and is 
  1.11  available until spent.
