Regulating certain medical examinations for integrity and fairness purposes; restricting the authority of no-fault automobile insurers and employers to request medical examinations of persons claiming benefits for injuries for insurance or workers compensation claims payment purposes and the number of adverse examinations allowed to be performed by a physician per year for automobile insurance or workers compensation purposes, authorizing physicians to perform adverse examinations through card or paper review, prohibiting the denial of benefits or claims based on evidence in the reviews; eliminating certain references to independent medical examinations under workers compensation medical fee review provisions(je)
