Appropriating money to the commissioner of natural resources for the forest resources council to implement an effectiveness monitoring program for the voluntary timber harvesting guidelines, to provide additional support for the landscape program and to increase the research activities of the council and to accelerate the completion of the forest inventory assessment and increase the number of sampling plots in the inventory and for the university of Minnesota college of natural resources to accelerate the analysis of the DNR forest inventory assessment (ra)
