  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE 
  1.7   MINNESOTA STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES.] 
  1.8      $247,000 in fiscal year 2001 is appropriated from the 
  1.9   general fund to the board of trustees of the Minnesota state 
  1.10  colleges and universities for increased tuition subsidies for 
  1.11  farm business management programs.
