  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [ST. LOUIS COUNTY ALTERNATIVE FACILITIES 
  1.7   BONDING AND LEVY PROGRAM.] 
  1.8      Independent school district No. 2142, St. Louis county, is 
  1.9   eligible for the alternative facilities bonding and levy program 
  1.10  under Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.59, for the purposes of 
  1.11  financing school facilities in the district.
