  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

  1.7   commissioner of transportation for fiscal year 2001 to 
  1.8   reconstruct marked trunk highway No. 10 so that it bypasses the 
  1.9   city of Wadena in Wadena county.
