Expanding eligibility for the senior citizen drug program to certain younger medicare enrollees and persons with disabilities; changing the name of the program to the prescription drug program; requiring the commissioner of human services to recommend to the legislature statutory changes necessary to coordinate the prescription drug program with any expanded medicare prescription drug coverage; specifying certain phrase change instructions to the revisor of statutes; appropriating money to the commissioner for the program(ra)
