  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money for 
  1.3             ring dikes. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; RING DIKES.] 
  1.6      $2,025,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources for the construction of ring 
  1.8   dikes under Minnesota Statutes, section 103F.161.  The ring 
  1.9   dikes may be publicly or privately owned.  This appropriation is 
  1.10  available until June 30, 2001.
