  1.1                          A bill for an act

  1.4             projects; modifying the expiration date for 
  1.5             alternative care pilot projects. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [ALTERNATIVE CARE PILOT PROJECTS.] 
  1.8      (a) Expenditures for housing with services and adult foster 
  1.9   care shall be excluded when determining average monthly 
  1.10  expenditures per client for alternative care pilot projects 
  1.11  authorized in Laws 1993, First Special Session chapter 1, 
  1.12  article 5, section 133. 
  1.13     (b) Alternative care pilot projects shall not expire on 
  1.14  June 30, 2001, but shall continue until June 30, 2005.
