  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to agriculture; limiting the applicability of 
  1.3             the partition fence law; proposing coding for new law 
  1.4             in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 344. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [344.012] [APPLICATION.] 
  1.7      This chapter applies only to fences separating two parcels 
  1.8   of land that is in agricultural use and that has been identified 
  1.9   as agricultural land by the United States Farm Service Agency or 
  1.10  a local unit of government.
