"Correctional Officers Discipline Procedures Act"; guaranteeing the rights of correctional officers in the taking of formal statements in investigations resulting in possible disciplinary action; specifying procedures for the taking of formal statements, specifying certain place, complaint, witness statement and investigative report copies, session, disclosure and recordkeeping requirements; granting the officers the right to the presence of an attorney or union representative; restricting the disclosure of financial records, the release of photographs and the inclusion of disciplinary letters or reprimands in personnel records; prohibiting retaliation against correctional officers for exercising the rights; imposing liability on state agencies or local government units for violation (ra)
