Requiring the commissioner of human services to establish a pilot project to provide chemical dependency treatment at the Brainerd regional human services center for adult males required to successfully complete the program by the court, authorizing the court to order certain repeat offenders of driving while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance to complete the program, specifying certain program requirements and providing for the payment of costs; requiring chemical use assessments for DWI to recommend appropriate candidates for the program; requiring the commissioner to report to the legislature by a certain date on recidivism rates of offenders in the program (ra)
