Modifying certain provisions governing the state high school league; eliminating the requirement for submission of compensation reports to the legislative commission on employee relations (LCER); specifying the term for certain board members and prohibiting per diem payments to full time public employee board members; authorizing the board to enter into corporate partnerships or similar agreements; requiring the league to follow school district and uniform municipal contracting laws in purchasing goods and services; modifying certain auditing duties of the state auditor, authorizing administrative regions of the league to contract with private auditors; requiring the commissioner of children, families and learning to submit a written report to the legislature reviewing the league and authorizing the commissioner to examine league related issues (ra)
