Providing special retirement benefit coverage for Luverne community hospital employees discontinuing public employment due to hospital privatization, providing for entitlement to future retirement benefits under the general employees retirement plan of the public employees retirement association; exempting the employees from the vesting rule; subjecting deferred annuities of terminated hospital employees to augmentation, specifying certain interest rates; authorizing additional allowable service credit for early retirement benefits eligibility determination purposes; providing for the application of reemployed annuitant earnings limits and for the receipt of employee contribution refunds; requiring the hospital and the executive director of PERA to provide terminated hospital employees with benefits counseling; repealing a certain prior provision authorizing pension coverage for certain transferred hospital employees (rla)
