  1.3             district with authority to lease two new kindergarten 
  1.4             facilities. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [CENTENNIAL KINDERGARTEN FACILITY LEASE.] 
  1.7      For taxes payable in 2000, independent school district No. 
  1.8   12, Centennial, may levy the amount necessary to pay for leases 
  1.9   on two new separate kindergarten centers.  This levy authority 
  1.10  must not exceed 12 years.
