  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN, 
  1.6   FAMILIES, AND LEARNING.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of children, families, and learning for the fiscal 
  1.9   biennium ending June 30, 2001, to be used to award grants under 
  1.10  Minnesota Statutes, section 119A.31, subdivision 1, clause (12), 
  1.11  to organizations that focus on intervention and prevention of 
  1.12  teenage prostitution.
