Creating the criminal gang prosecution council to support the strategy developed by the criminal gang oversight council to eliminate the harm caused to the public by the illegal activities of criminal gangs, specifying membership; requiring the prosecuting effort to address criminal gangs in both the metropolitan area and greater Minnesota, specifying certain prosecution council guidelines requirements; authorizing the attorney general to appear in court in criminal gang cases referred for prosecution by the oversight council or the strike force and to exercise county attorney powers (rla)
