  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; requiring the commissioner 
  1.3             of human services to amend rules for the prepaid 
  1.4             medical assistance program. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [RULE CHANGE.] 
  1.7      The commissioner of human services shall amend Minnesota 
  1.8   Rules, part 9500.1452, subpart 2, item M, subitem (3), to allow 
  1.9   an exemption from enrollment in the prepaid medical assistance 
  1.10  program for a child with severe emotional disturbance who is 
  1.11  under the primary care of a mental health provider participating 
  1.12  in the prepaid medical assistance program. This amendment must 
  1.13  be done in the manner specified in Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.14  14.388, clause (3).
