Modifying certain provisions regulating recreational vehicle, hunting and firearms safety training courses; requiring the commissioner of natural resources (DNR) to establish fees to recover costs of administering the education and training programs for off-highway motorcycles, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles and firearms safety relating to hunting; authorizing instructors to charge additional fees for class materials and expenses; authorizing school districts to cooperate with the commissioner and volunteer instructors to provide classroom space for programs (ra)
