  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating funding for 
  1.3             drinking water system improvements to the city of 
  1.4             Glyndon; authorizing the sale of state bonds. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; CITY OF GLYNDON.] 
  1.7      $750,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.8   public facilities authority for a drinking water system 
  1.9   improvements grant to the city of Glyndon. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.11     To provide the money appropriated in this act from the bond 
  1.12  proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on the request of 
  1.13  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.14  amount up to $750,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with 
  1.15  the effect prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.16  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.17  4 to 7.  
  1.18     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.19     This act is effective on the day following final enactment.
