  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to agriculture; providing professional 
  1.3             accounting and legal services for farmers; 
  1.4             appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; FARM WRAP NETWORK.] 
  1.7      $300,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for a grant to 
  1.9   the Farm Wrap Network to provide professional accounting and 
  1.10  legal services to farmers with incomes below the poverty level 
  1.11  established by the United States Census Bureau.  This 
  1.12  appropriation is available until June 30, 2001.
