  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; permitting independent school 
  1.3             district No. 704, Proctor, to include safety 
  1.4             improvements to an ice arena in its health and safety 
  1.5             program. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [HEALTH AND SAFETY; PROCTOR.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, independent school 
  1.9   district No. 704, Proctor, may include in its health and safety 
  1.10  program the amounts necessary to make health and safety 
  1.11  improvements to an ice arena located within the district 
  1.12  boundaries.  The total amount of revenue approved for this 
  1.13  purpose shall not exceed $150,000.
