Prohibiting the possession of firearms by persons admitted or held for emergency care or treatment in a treatment facility under the civil commitment law due to imminent risk of suicide or attempted suicide; authorizing peace officers transporting persons to treatment facilities under certain emergency conditions to take temporary custody of firearms owned by the person under certain suicidal tendency and emergency care and treatment conditions, requiring law enforcement agency retention of the firearms until medical certification of recovery of the person from the disability (ra)
