  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 120A.41, is repealed 
  1.8   effective for the 1999-2000 school year. 
  1.9      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.10     Section 1 is effective March 1, 1999.
